By Joining our group, you are actively taking part in the well being of the bottlenose dolphins. Membership lasts for one year and costs £10.

For this you will receive four newsletters per year and a bonus mini newsletter each month if you live close to the firth.

The Louper

The newsletter is packed with all the latest news from here and around the UK. With all the latest sightings listed on our website you will not miss a splash or loup.

The group have a small boat called Delphis and as a member you can book sometime on her and encounter all sorts of wildlife from birds to seals and if the loupers come along all the better, not forgetting porpoise and whales. Add in a few basking sharks and the amazing coastline between Findochty and Cullen bay, you'll  have a grand day out.

We have land and sea based watches each month, from the land we watch at a different location each month. We also organise trips out on the various accredited boats that work here along the Firth.

During the summer we attend various galas and fairs sow e are always looking for folk to look after a stall. Can you help with artwork? raising funds for the group. If you have a talent then we can find a home for it.

Best of all, being in the Friends is that you meet a wide varied group of people from all walks of life with one thing in common a passion for dolphins.
